Natural stone, dry lay inspections are completed in our yards before shipping.

For todays projects materials are marked & numbered to identify where they will be installed, the direction of installation & they are packed in crates but with consideration to what order they are removed from the packaging for installation. Each stage & process is thought about, considered & managed.

The dry lay process is a critical evaluation for the layout of materials, managing & controlling the planned outcome of installation & to identify any perceived quality expectations or challenges of the materials to be installed.
Natural stone, by the very nature of being a natural product has tone & shade variations, irregular designs, veins & characteristics that need to be managed & identified to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the selected material & its use. A simple observation of vein running Vs free veins can have a huge impact when using certain materials, the tone differentials can impact the overall design.
Dry lays are offered for all projects & observations can be managed & resolved.
